There is one slot in the rotary tray for single play. There is also a button for access to the single slot and a separate play button for single mode. This feature allows you to divide and store the 300 disc library into 5 groups. A disc can be placed into more than one group. This allows you to store up to 20 of your favorite tracks in memory. To put a track into BEST memory, you simply press the "BEST" button on the remote while the track is playing. When the BEST play mode is activated, the tracks in BEST memory are played back from the most recently memorized track to the first memorized track. When used with CDs encoded with CD text information, the player can display the Disc title. Note that track title, performer or any other information is not displayed. All: plays all tracks in all discs randomly (you can not use repeat in this mode). Single: plays all the tracks from a single disc at random. Custom: plays all tracks at random from one of the 5 custom files.If every disc has 16 or fewer tracks, random will play each track just one time (random with delete). If any disc contains more than 16 tracks, tracks may be repeated and tracks with track number 17 or higher may not be played. If you press REPEAT during random mode, the contents of the random mode are repeated in single disc random only.
Will play 10 seconds of music 1 minute into each track of each disc, or 10 seconds of music 1 minute into first track of each disc. This will work in the following play modes: normal, program, best, and all repeat.
Scans the last 20 discs you have played in reverse order.
