Quite rare Ristaucrat jukebox automatic 45 RPM coin operated phonograph. Circa early 1950's vintage. Blonde wood compact table top model. This is designed to put a nickel in and the next record plays in the stack. The electric cord has bare wires and needs to be replaced...
Though I plugged the machine in anyway. Machine lights up, tube amplifier comes on. Lots of volume coming from the amp when I touch the needle (that is still in the tone arm cartridge). Seems like the filters are good in the amp.I can hear the motor running though the turntable does not turn. The idler wheel probably needs replacing. Upon turning the turntable manually the record re-stack arm goes up and down. I do not have the keys to open the coin box.
I do not have the key for the plastic lid though it is unlocked. Records pictured are not included. Glass diffuser that covers the light bulbs is still there and slides in and out. The coin mech is still in the machine. Amazing the rubber feet on the bottom of the machine are still good.
Jukebox measures aprox 12" wide x 12 1/2" deep x 16 height. This would be a great little jukebox for someone who does not have room for a full size machine. Thanks for looking at this obscure small size antique jukebox.
